Most of us feel like we need extra support at one point or another in our lives. We might be feeling adrift or unable to navigate life’s obstacles or we might feel incapable of verbalising what is getting in the way of leading a joyful life. We may sense that we need to make a change but we don’t know where to start.
Talking to friends or family might feel uncomfortable or even impossible, which can leave us feeling lonely and unsure if we will ever feel happy again. My role is to provide you with a safe space where we can make sense of your thoughts and feelings and enable you to make positive and lasting change.
Approaching this process with gentleness, we will explore and make sense of your emotions and behaviours and how they are impacting your relationships with both yourself and others. My job is to help you engage with life with increased confidence, spontaneity, and hope.
